Prelaunch information — updated 21 October 2026. The current fragrance listings are concept previews and ordering is not yet open. Final product specifications, prices and operational details will be published before sales begin.
Delivery destinations
EL ESNC is being prepared for EU customers. The final supported countries and postcode restrictions will be confirmed before sales open. Country and currency selection alone does not guarantee that an address can be served.
Charges and delivery estimates
Delivery charges, any free-delivery threshold, dispatch processing times and estimated transit times have not yet been finalized. Applicable charges and delivery information will be disclosed before a customer places an order. We are not currently promising same-day dispatch or a fixed arrival date.
Fragrance shipping
Perfume can be subject to carrier transport restrictions. Available delivery methods depend on the destination and the product's transport requirements.
Tracking and delivery problems
Once ordering is available, any tracking provided for an order will be shared through its shipment communication. For an incorrect address, missing parcel, damage or a wrong item, contact shop@elesnc.com with the order reference. Keep relevant packaging and photographs where possible.
Consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights. Delivery commitments and remedies for delayed, damaged or missing goods remain subject to applicable law.
