Contact for returns and cancellations

To notify us of a cancellation, withdrawal, faulty item or wrong delivery, email shop@elesnc.com. Include your name, order reference and the items concerned. A clear statement by email can be used to notify withdrawal; you do not need our prior permission to exercise a statutory right.

EU right of withdrawal

Where applicable, consumers buying goods online have 14 days after receiving them to notify the seller that they wish to withdraw without giving a reason. Goods must then be sent back within 14 days of the withdrawal notification. Applicable legal exceptions and national protections remain relevant.

Condition and exceptions

Handle goods only as necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. Any reduction for diminished value or exception to withdrawal will apply only where permitted by law. We do not impose a blanket exclusion on perfume returns simply because a package has been opened.

Refunds

For a valid statutory withdrawal, reimbursement includes the purchase price and the cost of the least expensive standard delivery offered, where applicable. Extra costs for a more expensive delivery choice need not be reimbursed. Reimbursement is due within 14 days of notification; where the law permits, it can be withheld until the goods are received back or evidence of their return is supplied, whichever is earlier. Refunds use the original payment method unless otherwise agreed without extra cost to you.

Return delivery

The returns address and carrier process are not yet finalized and will be provided before sales open. Responsibility for direct return costs will be disclosed before purchase as required by law. Do not send perfume using a carrier or service that prohibits its transport. Contact us for the correct procedure; this does not extend statutory notification deadlines.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

Your legal remedies for goods that are faulty or do not match their description are separate from change-of-mind withdrawal rights. Contact us with the order details so the appropriate remedy can be arranged under applicable law.
