Can I order now?

The store is currently presenting fragrance concepts. Purchasing is disabled while product specifications, prices and stock are finalized.

Which fragrances are shown?

Amber concept, Rose concept, Woody concept and Fresh concept. Their names and images may be updated as the collection develops.

Are the images the final product specifications?

No. The images show the intended bottle design and campaign styling. Bottle size, ingredients, concentration and fragrance notes will be confirmed in the individual product descriptions.

Where will you deliver?

We are developing the store for EU customers. The final delivery destinations, charges and estimates will be listed in our Shipping policy before ordering opens. A country appearing in the selector does not by itself confirm delivery availability.

What is the returns process?

Read our Returns and refunds policy. For a cancellation, a faulty item or a delivery problem, email shop@elesnc.com. Your applicable statutory rights remain unaffected.

How do I choose a fragrance?
